Hello, I’m Nishita, the founder and baker behind Soirée Bakes.
On a cold winter day in 2019, I was sat on the sofa craving a Ferrero Rocher — but also cake. I didn’t want a full slice of cake or a whole chocolate, just a tiny piece of both. I remember thinking… imagine if there was something two-in-one.
That thought led me into the kitchen, where I began experimenting. What came out of it was my very first creation: Belgian chocolate cake truffles — a rich chocolate cake ball with a hazelnut cream centre, coated in smooth Belgian chocolate and finished with crushed hazelnuts.
It was divine.
I shared them with close friends, family, and colleagues, and the response was overwhelming. They quickly became a favourite, inspiring me to develop new flavours and, without realising it at the time, unleash a true love for baking.
From there, Soirée Bakes grew naturally. I began creating cakes, cookies, and other unique party treats, all designed to feel indulgent, beautifully crafted, and made for celebrating.
In 2021, I opened my Etsy store, where I was proud to become a Star Seller, serving customers across the UK who loved my bakes just as much as I loved creating them.
Today, one of our best-selling products is our Belgian chocolate Medjool dates, generously stuffed with fillings such as roasted almonds, hazelnut cream, and pistachio kunafa. These have become especially popular for Eid, Ramadan, Christmas, Easter, weddings, and make perfect favours and luxury gifts.
And here we are now, at the end of 2025. I’m so excited to have launched my own website, ready to step into 2026 sharing my very best products with you. We deliver throughout the UK, bringing Soirée Bakes straight to your door.
Alongside our signature treats — including assorted Belgian chocolate Medjool dates, sugar cookies, and luxury cake truffles — we’ll also be releasing seasonal collections and limited-edition gifts throughout the year. We also cater for corporate companies and love working closely with businesses to create bespoke gifting solutions tailored to your brand or event.
