Refund policy

All of our products are made to order and individually customised. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If there is an error that requires small changes to your order, we are happy to work with you to correct it prior to production. However, once the product has been made, no further changes can be made.
