Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days, unless otherwise discussed or stated on the product page.

During peak periods (holidays, seasonal events, or promotional sales), processing times may be longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched using trusted UK courier services.

Once your order has been made and dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

Delivery estimates are based on the courier's guidelines and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, Soirée Bakes is not responsible for shipping delays, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions

Courier delays, strikes, or backlogs

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delays at courier sorting facilities

We will always do our best to assist, but we cannot offer refunds for delays outside of our control.

Perishable Items

Many of our products are freshly baked and perishable.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

We cannot replace or refund items that become damaged or spoiled due to:

Missed delivery attempts

Parcels left in a safe place

Extended transit caused by courier delays

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and damaged items
  • We will review the issue and advise on the next steps.
